Strengthening Legs to Get up & Off the Floor with Ease [15 mins]

These are a series of exercises to strengthen the legs and increase balance in the lower body. When we spend a lot of time sitting, or perhaps in bed while recovering from an illness, or simply just with age, getting up and moving can feel stiff, our balance can feel off and our legs unsteady. This short practice is designed to help turn on the lower body, strengthening, stretching and increasing balance.
