This 40-min sequence is designed to help you create mind-body connection for trust and intuition. If you've been feeling disconnected and want to work on reconnecting with your intuition and building self-trust, this sequence may help.

Suggested props for the practice: Two blocks, blanket, two tennis balls (or pinky balls) and a long sock.
