This is a 60min session focused on connecting with our breath and finding gentle yet invigorating movement and twists, including kapalabhati and bhastrika. If you are feeling a bit run down or crampy, this sequence can help.

You'll need a couple of pillows or blocks.

Use any pillows, rolled blankets or blocks that you feel will support your practice.
