Unwind the Spine [7 mins]

Join me in the kitchen or office or... anywhere really... for this 7-minute sequence to release tension from up and down the spine, shoulders and neck. Between sitting for long periods of time and stress, the back, shoulders and neck can get stiff. This not only causes discomfort in the body, but it can also increase the sensation of stress and fatigue in the mind and body.

Use any props you feel are best to support this practice. I recommend a countertop, desk, table or wall for some of the postures.
