This 8-min breath work sequence is a mixture of Kapalabati and Bhastrika pranayama. Both of these techniques are designed to release pent-up tension and holding in the body while also warming the body from the inside out. It is recommended to do these exercises in the morning before you eat food.
Recommended to follow up with alternate nostril breathing or bhramari (humming breath).
Not recommended for those who have: uncontrolled hypertension, heart disease, epilepsy, glaucoma, hernia, vertigo, or those who are pregnant. Additionally, individuals with respiratory conditions such as asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
