Yin for Emotional Release [20 mins]

This 20-min Yin Yoga session is designed to help you release the hip and pelvic region of the body, where we can hold a lot of physical tension, emotion and un-digested experiences. If you're feeling pent-up tension in the pelvic region or looking to release that which is no longer serving you, this session may help. The Yin Yoga session is designed to help stimulate the kidney and urinary meridians, balance the sacral chakra and connect with the the water element.

Bring in as many props as you need to support your practice. Recommended props: two pillows/bolster, a couple of blocks and a blanket.
