Yin for the Heart [20 mins]

This 20-min yin practice is designed to help you slowly release and open in the heart. In this yin practice we are working the balance the heart chakra while also releasing pent up tension, stagnated energy and undigested emotion from the hips and pelvis.

Recommended props: 2 block, 1 folded blanket, 2 pillows/bolster. Use any other props that you feel will best support your practice.
