Yoga for Aid: Restorative Yoga & Yoga Nidra [60 mins]

The session is designed to help you release physically, mentally and emotionally. This is a replay of the Yoga for Aid Restorative and Yoga Nidra 60-minute session.

Suggested props are:

  • Two or three blankets (two for support, one for covering yourself up!)
  • A bolster or a couple of bed pillows or a couch cushion
  • A chair
