
Strong Mama Yoga is a supportive, strength-building (not just physically, but mentally and emotionally, too!) yoga class designed for mothers at any stage of motherhood, whether you’re one year postnatal or thirty years postnatal. There’s no expiration date on postnatal care. Your body carried, birthed, fed, soothed, and supported life, and it deserves ongoing, compassionate support.
This 60-minute class focuses on gently rebuilding strength in body, mind, and nervous system, while creating space to reconnect with yourself as both a woman and a mother.
Each class includes:
Deep core and pelvic support to help you feel stronger and more supported in everyday life
Breath and posture work (including 360° breathing) to restore ease, reduce rib flare, and support your spine
Functional strength to counter the effects of years of carrying, feeding, and disrupted sleep
Slow, mindful movement to build warmth, release tension, and restore energy
Time to rest, regulate, and reconnect — with guided rest at the beginning and end of class
Whether you’re navigating lingering diastasis recti, pelvic floor concerns, chronic tension, fatigue, or simply want to feel strong and at home in your body again, this practice meets you exactly where you are.
