Meditation for Pandemic Fatigue

I’m sure you’ve heard me say this before, but I’ll say it again:
It helps us connect with the moment we are in, slow down our breathing, calm the nervous system and release tension: physical and mental. But more than that, daily meditation can also help us find joy and happiness, even when other struggles in our life are weighing us down. Regular meditation practice can actually help us rewire the brain.
A daily meditation practice does not have to look like you, sitting for hours on end, legs cramping, back aching and feet falling asleep. You do not have to become a monk.
Meditation can come in many forms, styles and lengths. It all just depends on what serves you in the moment. Your meditation practice can be 2 minutes in the morning in bed before you get up and start the day. It could be 5 minutes sat down on a pillow or chair. It could be 30 seconds between meetings at work. It could be a few minute walking meditation between your work and home. It could be a half hour at the end of the day before you get into bed.
Any and all of these can add so much to our overall health. And it can be accessible and fit your lifestyle.
You just need to find what works best for you. And that might take some time to figure out what exactly is best for you, and it might not always be the same thing every day.
I put together a free 10 day meditation journey called Reset Meditation to help you find what works well for you. So that you can start today to begin to lift yourself out of the pandemic fog that clouds our internal skies. It is my dearest hope that through this 10 day journey, you begin to listen more to your inner wisdom and find techniques you can actually integrate into your daily life.
Each day shares with you a different type of meditation, we start off short and slowly build up to longer meditations. There may be some meditations you connect with better than others, that’s all part of the journey: to listen to your Self and learn what works for you. And don’t worry if you get a little off track, you can always pick up again where you left off!
You will receive an email each of the 10 days that goes into more detail about that day’s meditation and its benefits. It’ll also just be a gentle reminder for you, to help keep you going day by day.
If you have any questions about meditation and how to best integrate it into your daily life, send me a message! I’d love to chat with you.
