I specialize in helping high-functioning women break the stress–sleep loop. I do this through therapeutic nervous system regulation work rooted in yoga therapy and somatic practice.

Many of the women I work with appear highly capable during the day.

But their nervous systems reveal the truth in the middle of the night.

My work focuses on practical nervous system regulation rather than quick sleep hacks.
