Yoga Nidra also works at the subconscious level to resolve problematic patterns of thinking and habits, and it can even go all the way to the unconscious level. Each 45-minute session combines the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra with opportunities for community connection, creating a space for true relaxation and renewal.
