In this hour workshop we will dive briefly into the mechanics of breathing, why breath control is beneficial and practice several breath techniques that you can take into your daily life to reduce stress and overwhelm, feel more focused and productive, and find ease and joy in every day. And we'll talk about how you can add it into your daily life, so it becomes muscle memory for when you really need it.
