Deep Chill is not just a class; it's a journey into mindful movement, breathwork, and restorative yoga, carefully curated to help you release tension, calm your nervous system, and rejuvenate your body and mind.

What to Expect:

Mindful Movement Begin each session by gently moving your body with intention. These first 10 minutes are dedicated to releasing tension and promoting flexibility. Connect with your breath as you flow through mindful movements, setting the stage for the tranquil journey ahead.

Breath Work Shift your focus inward as we delve into breath work to calm the nervous system. Through intentional and guided breathing exercises, you'll learn to harness the power of your breath to find serenity and balance. Prepare to let go of stress and embrace a sense of calm.

Restorative Yoga The heart of Deep Chill lies in the last 40 minutes, where you'll experience the bliss of restorative yoga. With the support of pillows, blankets, and other props, sink into soothing poses designed to promote deep relaxation and healing. This extended period of restorative practice will leave you feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and ready to conquer the rest of your week.
