Why High-Functioning Women Wake at 3am

If you fall asleep easily but wake between 2–4am feeling alert, tense, or mentally switched on, this free live training is a targeted intervention for stress-driven sleep disruption.

This training is for professional women who:

  • Wake between 2–4am at least twice a week

  • Feel mentally “on” the moment they wake

  • Function well during the day but feel wired underneath

  • Notice increased tension, irritability, or emotional reactivity

  • Have tried sleep hygiene, supplements, or better routines without consistent results

If your sleep is disrupted for medical reasons or you’re seeking medical treatment, this session is not a substitute for clinical care.

In this 60-minute training, you’ll learn:

  • Why stress-driven 3am waking is common in high-functioning women

  • Why typical sleep advice often fails in these cases

  • The 3 physiological shifts required to interrupt the loop

  • A guided reset practice you can use immediately

This is structured education — not generic wellness advice.

All for just 12€. You ready?
