This 50-min therapeutic yoga sequence for deep sleep is designed to help turn on the parasympathetic (rest, digest) nervous system and encourage the body and mind to relax so it can better release into a deep and restorative sleep. You can add a Yoga Nidra or a meditation designed to help you deeply relax at the end of the sequence to further lull the body and mind into a restful sleep.
