I hear them. I hear you. I hear myself. We’re all in need of more rest.
It’s so important to build rest into our days, not just when we feel tired, but to prevent tiredness. And it’s not always easy, I get it. I struggle to plan rest into my day. I’m the kind of person who just goes, goes, GOES! Until… I can’t go any more. I get sick. I crash.
Running full tilt into life with no rest is NOT sustainable.
Because of this, I recorded a Yoga Nidra for you to listen to whenever you need a little extra support and an excuse to rest.
All you need to do is press play, lie with your legs supported so your back can rest flat, listen to my voice and give yourself the grace of rest.
