Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a guided awareness practice that not only gives you an excuse to rest and re-balance your nervous system, but it also works at the subconscious level to resolve problematic patterns of thinking and habits, and it can even go all the way to the unconscious level.

Yoga Nidra meets on Fridays as a way to help you settle down after the week and feel rested and ready for the weekend. Take this time to tune-out, to tune in to your inner wisdom and let it fly!
