Join us for a transformative 8-week Yoga Nidra series designed to help you release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with yourself. Yoga Nidra also works at the subconscious level to resolve problematic patterns of thinking and habits, and it can even go all the way to the unconscious level. Each 45-minute session combines the deeply restorative practice of Yoga Nidra with opportunities for community connection, creating a space for true relaxation and renewal.

What Is Yoga Nidra? Yoga Nidra, or "yogic sleep," is a guided meditation practice that invites you into a state of conscious relaxation. By accessing this deeply restful state, you can release tension, quiet your mind, and nurture your nervous system. It's like a mini-vacation for your whole being!
