I'm so excited to announce that,

This 30 minute Zoom morning movement and meditation practice is designed to get your "hump" day started in a positive and uplifting way. This live streaming class takes place every Wednesday at 8:30am CET (7:30am GMT). All levels are welcome.
This is a free or donate-to-a-cause class. No payment is expected or required. However, if you do want to leave a donation for a cause or you can "buy me a coffee," you can choose your desired option when you sign up for the class.
Each quarter I'll send the donation money towards a different cause. The first quarter, January - March, donations will go to: Doctors without Borders (Médicos Sin Fronteras).

Struggling with stress and overwhelm? Breathwork can help!
In this hour workshop we will dive briefly into the mechanics of breathing, why breath control is beneficial and practice several breath techniques that you can take into your daily life to reduce stress and overwhelm, feel more focused and productive, and find ease and joy in every day.

Welcome to the Reset! Where over 8 weeks you will start to nourish yourself with resilience, peace, and empowerment for your body and mind. Reduce stress and anxiety, build strength and flexibility in mind & body, and develop a supportive mindset as you move forward into the new year.
Live sessions from Jan 24 - Mar 14 7:30pm CET (6:30pm GMT| 10:30 PST), replays and other goodies available in the online Studio.

The perfect way to start your day. These 1 hour yoga sessions offer postures to get your body moving, build strength, stability, and balance. Coupled with breathwork, mindfulness, and longer held postures to improve flexibility, this class also has a calming effect on the mind and nervous system.
Tuesdays and Thursdays 9am CET (8am GMT)

A wonderful remedy to a long week. Through Yoga Nidra, or guided awareness, we are able to let our bodies and minds completely relax and release pent up tension we've been holding over the week. Through this pure relaxation your body is given the opportunity to heal and recuperate from the inside out.
